Add toast message when we create a project on project page.

Describe the task Whenever new project is created a alert success message is shown. We use the bootstrap alert success earlier but now we always add toast message as an alert.

Expected behavior Add a toast message instead of an alert success message. Show this message inside the toast alert, Project Created Successfully!
