Make form builder The form builder feature allows the user to create a customized form. Add different controllers in a form such as text box, drop down list, etc. If possible, the implementation should be in the form of drag and drop.

Give some more details regarding to issue like code, images, video to solve issue

A drag & drop form builder seems beyond the scope of the Admin LTE template and seems like a lot of "functionality" for a UI template.
