Counter section does not start

I checked if this was already publish, but I could not find it.

The counter is no working fine on chrome and firefox, only appears the image. And also the principal image is shown sometimes in that explorers. In internet explorer works all fine

Marking this as invalid. We've tested this on the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge & even Opera (latest versions). Worked every time, without a hiccup.
