Turn 'Jumbotron' section into a custom one #196

Have an option inside the section that allows you to choose between: static image, slider image or video as background. When selecting any of the above options, the Customizer will selectively show/hide sections that hold the options for each of these sections.

@giucu91 - let's make sure here that slider toggles will reflect their changes in real-time. Other than that, this works beautiful.
