[Bug] Counter Issue for end value at 0.

I want the counter to descend down to 0 but it doesn’t accept it as a value. Instead, it displays a random number. What do I need to edit to fix this, or is it at all possible?

If we give 0, it resets back to empty, reported here https://colorlib.com/wp/forums/topic/counter-issue/#post-129955 ( maybe called a wrong sanitize function? )
