6 years ago @laranz - this isn't an actual theme bug, but rather an iOS one. Apparently, iOS doesn't allow videos to auto-play by default (this seems to have been addressed with release of iOS 10), but the custom control we're using, which is WordPress Core hasn't (yet) been updated by the awesome folks at WordPress to accommodate this. What's basically going on is that the rendered video element is missing a parameter that allows iOS to automatically play the video.

🕊 Since the mark-up for this isn't updated from Core and this is actually an iOS issue, I am going to close this.
💯 unless @puikinsh believes otherwise, there's no need to pursue this.
If we can't able to play the video on the mobile phones, then add a fallback image so that the user can place that image instead the empty place.
