Hey, thanks for the report. We just did an update so let me do some testing. In the mean time, what OS and version of Sublime are you using?
I think this has to do with the way we host our themes repo. Its up time isn't great. Hopefully this is resolved for you by now.

Today, I'm having error message «Themes list not found. Check internet connection or enable debug in session and report a bug». I don't know how to enable debug mode for plugin.
