MM2 does not work with FCEUX 2.3.0 #13

Currently no plans to add support for other emulators, 2.2.3 is what it was written for initially.

I did notice on mm3 readme it says 2.2.2+ - might help to update that to 2.2.3, I haven't checked the other readmes

I've changed the readme for all NES games to read 2.2.3 only - eventually these all need rewrites to support emulators better (and more recent versions).
