Two bug fixes:
1) Used level IGT instead of game IGT for Dolphin
2) When using Bizhawk, ePSXe, or XLC2, every 256 frames it would register as Dolphin and mess up the IGT time reporting. Fixed by comparing to process name instead of looking at the first byte.
