Cannot Access #3

Hi,

I tried several times, but seemingly unable to install the package. 1) I applied "install_github", and errors occur as: Error: Failed to install 'unknown package' from GitHub: schannel: failed to receive handshake, SSL/TLS connection failed 2) I downloaded the code package to local, and installed manually. Errors occur as: Not available on R3.6.1

Did you deal with similar problems before? Could you help me on how to correctly install?

Sorry for the delayed response. The problem is typically with installing Rstan, though I haven't seen that particular error before. I would recommend trying to install Rstan separately.
