set up tests. calculate biases in test sequences manually.

DW: expected Sequence test object parameters are calculated

need to update tests for split up methods. DW tests for calculate_biases, secondary_bias_finder, print_biases, are complete

Took way more than two hours all things considered. On my final effort, writing tests and working out bugs in tests took ~3 hours.
