Delayed data updates in new WY #1

With new water year, the query tool has not updated yet therefore loss detail is not pulled for new WY-- causes build to break. Need to add in exits to allow forward progress but with previous WY?

RBDD biweekly: Is this plot filtered to a certain date range? Remove altogether?

cumul LAD loss by biop/hydro : text additions for years and ggrepel need slight adjusting for ovelap

Ha sorry. I was using this as a place to add notes for myself to ask Susannah, but I realize now that I started the other issue that you and Nick will get these alerts. I'll migrate these to my GitHub project timeline instead to avoid unnecessary alerts.
