Hi Chris, Just wanted to check if you have any thoughts on my proposal for a Hands-on Lab... I will take care of the Cloud infrastructure needs and we would expect the attendees to bring laptop to login to a Cloud environment.
Hi! Sorry, have not had the chance to review yet but will look over this weekend.
Thank you!

Sounds good. Thank you, Chris.
Hey Chris, Just wanted to check if you had any feedback on the proposal?
Hey! Very sorry for the delayed response.
Could you speak a little more to the actual data science aspect of this presentation? I get that there's a lot of interesting work that's going on behind the scenes when you're using Dialogflow or Lex or whatever else, but these are all highly commoditized services that are built specifically to abstract away the underlying algorithmic complexity so that the end user never needs to think about it. I'm curious to hear a bit more about how you'd plan to bridge that gap, if you don't mind
Apologize Chris for delayed response. You actually have a great point.
Many times, I have attended talks which talks about Algorithms & Deep Data Science but frankly I have seen a gap where speakers have really not touched the operationalization or real world implementation of ML and AI.
Current Industry Consensus is that most Chat Bots or IVR are not good, and some of the reasons behind are Bots don't understand context, they don't communicate with business systems etc. With this hand-on workshop, I wanted to familiarize attendees on extension of Speech to Text with National Language Understanding (NLU) which is similar to Human like Conversation experience vs static scripts or trees. Attendees will have a chance to implement Data Science and create their own chat bots in minutes.
So, going back to your original point, I am not going deep into any specific Algorithms but I am focussing more on go-to-market, hands-on aspect of Data Science, ML & AI.
As meetup's are going virtual, I will be happy to host a virtual workshop through a Google Video Conferencing (GVC). I can take care of creating a meeting which can host over 100 participants.
Also, if you feel, this talk will not be appropriate for your attendees, feel free to reject the talk.
Presentation Title
[Hands-on Lab] Zero to Hero : Build a Chatbot in minutes with Google Technologies. I promise, NO CODING
Abstract
Build a chatbot with all the services and benefits of natural language processing and machine learning with no code. We would use Google's Dialogflow which is one of the hottest & matured computer-human interaction platforms on the market. In this lab, you will build a Chatbot that submits helpdesk tickets.
Technical Difficulty
Basics of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing & its applications around us.
