[FoxitReader] Updated projectUrl and licenseUrl #14

On the community repository package's Disqus comments, I noticed this comment from a few months back that hadn't been addressed:

software site url should be "https://www.foxitsoftware.c...", the old url is invalid.

Sure enough, the URL simply redirects to https://www.foxitsoftware.com/. The Nuspec has been updated to adopt the recommended URL.

I noticed the same problem with the Software License link, and figured that should also be updated while we're at it.

Nice, thanks for the PR!

I don't think this merits a force-push with an artifical version number to the Chocolatey feed. But feel free to prove me wrong. Otherwise, this will only land with the next FoxitReader version.
