[hxd] Update for 2.5.0.0 and newer JSON format #23

Important: do not apply this PR until https://github.com/ComFreek/chocolatey-packages/issues/22#issuecomment-1336160714 is implemented on the HxD server, as the JSON syntax will be changing slightly

Changes:

Update HxD package to to 2.5.0.0
Update update.ps1 to work with new JSON format per HxD author
Update copyright range in nuspec and tools/LICENSE.txt
Fix trailing space in tools/LICENSE.txt
