The core part of the expertsystem is building a decay topology based on quantum numbers and conservation rules. This can be done independently of building the amplitude model.
The end goal: an independent package that can be used to check or even construct resonance hypotheses, as to facilitate PWA. The amplitude model generation is just an additional service that comes after.
