FEAT: provide public convenience functions #328

Implements published_model() and expose_model_description(), just like https://github.com/mmikhasenko/Lc2ppiKSemileptonicModelLHCb.jl/commit/0188985e8fb816f32c1a7acc0905d6a7dd6593d8, so that each of the models can be easily imported in other Python packages.
