Closes #224

All source code for DPD alignment with symbolics has been migrated to https://github.com/ComPWA/ampform-dpd
This changes the resonance index in the coupling symbols with LaTeX instead of the particle name
Serves as a test to AmpForm-DPD v0.1.6

A full run for 1ffdf50 with all the notebooks is here. Merging this PR once that passes.
