Show Molecule Structure on Label #1910

Description

Please provide a description of:

  1. In Addition to Barcode, QR Code and Sample-ID, it would be great to also have an image of the the molcular structure.
  2. If labels are put on the physical samples, it is much easierer to recognize the sample. It eases handling of the sample.

From TU Braunschweig we would like to support this enhancement and would like to advocate a more flexible way to generate the QR-Codes/Barcodes. It would be great if the user can select whether they want to have a QR-Code or a Barcode, and can also select what is written or displayed. We would be interested in having the "inventory label" or the "CAS" number on it, or any other of the labels ("external", "name").
