Enable export of synchronized collections #1968

Description

It would be nice to be able to export collections that were synchronized with me under the highest permission level "pass ownership".

At the moment, exporting collections is only possible for my own collections and the one shared with me.

Here are permission setting by my colleague, who is synchronizing with me:

BTW: Exporting samples from this synchronized works, just as from my own collection.

BTW2: Exporting reactions works in principle, but results in a file with "We're sorry, but something went wrong (500)" regardless, whether I export from my own collection or a synchronized collection.

this should be resolved in version 2 (that should come out this summer)
