Display problem when scrolling in text boxes. #772

Open RohrbachS opened 2 years ago

RohrbachS commented 2 years ago

Expected Behavior

Please describe the behavior you are expecting When scrolling inside a text box, the scrolling action should be limited to that field only. There should never be overlap of graphical elements.

Current Behavior

Currently, when scrolling in a text box, the outside is scrolled as well. Oddly enough, this results in graphical elements overlapping each other and the text becoming unreadable.

Failure Information

Please help provide information about the failure if this is a bug. If it is not a bug, please remove the rest of this template.

Steps to Reproduce

Please provide detailed steps for reproducing the issue.

  1. Past below text in the experimental description text box:

Trying to react an untested substrate pair under general conditions as per reference. According to the reference, the reaction should proceed in 6 hours. It will be run for 12 hours and checked by TLC for completion and the reaction time will be extended if needed.

Manual set-up

The system was set-up as specified in the graph.

Tara of product flask: 129.073 g

Chemputer synthesis run1) ResetHandling

2) Add triethylenediamine (0.32 eq) directly to reactor at default speed without stirring.

3) Add palladium(II) acetate (0.08 eq) directly to reactor at default speed without stirring.

4) Add N,N-dimethylformamide (anhydrous) (30 mL / eq) directly to reactor at default speed without stirring.

5) Add 4-iodoanisole (1 eq) directly to reactor at default speed without stirring.

6) Add tert-Butyl acrylate (1.5 eq) directly to reactor at default speed without stirring.

7) Add potassium carbonate (anhydrous) (2 eq) directly to reactor at default speed without stirring.

8) Purge reactor with inert gas for 30 min.

9) Heat/Chill reactor to 80 °C for 12 h with stirring at 250 RPM.

10) Stop heating/chilling reactor and wait for it to return to room temperature, with stirring at 250 RPM.

11) Transfer 500 mL from reactor directly to separator at default speed, without flushing tubing after the transfer.

12) ResetHandling

13) Wash contents of separator with 5% LiCl (aq) (3 x 15 mL). Transfer waste phase (bottom) to waste, and product phase (top) directly to separator.

14) Wash contents of separator with brine (1 x 18 mL). Transfer waste phase (bottom) to waste, and product phase (top) directly to separator. Removes traces of water.

15) Transfer all from separator through MgSO4/sand to rotavap at default speed, without flushing tubing after the transfer.

16) Evaporate contents of rotavap with pressure 1 mbar at temperature 60 °C for 30 min. Removes reaction solvent.

17) Dry contents of rotavap for 20 min at pressure 1 mbar at temperature 50 °C stopping heating when step finishes.

18) ResetHandling

19) ResetHandling

20) ResetHandling

21) Shut down the platform.

Manual purification/isolation

The crude product was obtained as a brown solid.

Weight of product flask pre-manual drying: XXX g

Weight of product flask post-manual drying: XXX g

The target product NAME (XXX g, XXX mmol, XXX % yield) was obtained as a COLOUR STATE.

Conclusions

3. Scroll inside the text box when it is a default size or slightly expanded.
4. This will result in the overlay of graphical elements as shown above.
