Implement ROR #81

ROR https://ror.org/ should be added to Chemotion Repository (My Affiliation and My Collaboration).

already planned an on the schedule :-) Nevertheless: many institutes in institutions are not registered in ROR - we could promote that a bit

Adding is easy via this Google Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdJYaMTCwS7muuTa-B_CnAtCSkKzt19lkirAKG4u7umH9Nosg/viewform linked on https://ror.org/ almost on the very bottom.

The ROR is also not intended to provide a granular description of, for example, entire universities see https://ror.org/about/faqs/#why-doesnt-ror-include-university-departments but this is usually part of the affiliations provided. Consequently, ROR should be added but people should still be allowed to also provide details on the department, as this is already implemented.
