And remembering it needs to be both clear and emotionally noticed by persons of many different situations and cultures. So I'm thinking 'Advisory' as framing; likely a better title...

A ventilator, for example, can be priceless when it is needed, but it is also potentially very dangerous to the patient if not mechanically precise, or if it is not set up and monitored for them by persons who have full skills and training in its use.

The design documents of the MIT Emergency Ventilator you find here describe very well these concerns in its case, and it would be well to read them. Thank you.'
