Changes

Adjusted the HP scaling of Lancers, Scorchers and VFE-M Knights to 1x.

Reasoning

Lancers, Scorchers and Knights are too squishy for their bandwidth, not glass cannon enough for the low total HP.

Alternatives

Keep HP scaling values as is.

Testing

Check tests you have performed:

[x] Compiles without warnings
[x] Game runs without errors
[x] Playtested a colony (specify how long)
