Alpha Biomes material patch fix

Changes

• Fixed a couple patches regarding the woody materials added by Alpha Biomes, the Alpha Animals check and equippedStatOffsets patch were unnecessary and broken.

• [x] (For compatibility patches) ...with and without patched mod loaded
• [x] Playtested a colony (Works)
