.300 WM vanilla sniper rifle

Changes

• Rechambered the vanilla sniper rifle to .300 Winchester Magnum.
• Some consistency checks on some inaccurate stats in comparison to the spreadsheet.
• Rechambered the odd modded .300WM snipers that are chambered in 7.62 NATO.

Reasoning

• There is a lack of proper long range firepower in the vanilla weapon line-up and 7.62 NATO does not do the weapon justice as it deals a lot more damage in vanilla than a hypothetical BR, I'd say let's disregard the ammo commonality in this case.

With the current 7.62 sniper being something of a baseline for the existing patches, this should probably also include a balancing pass over the other sniper patches to match the increased strength where necessary.

It being anemic and the .300WM looking identical (same mass, barrel and total length) to the 7.62 version should be a good enough reason. Pure vanilla players lack an AMR as well which this helps with that to some extent.
