Changes

Implement new labels.
Revise weapon descriptions to make them more accurate to their CE versions.
Implement unified magazine for the Incinerator.
Make the Incinerator heavier but higher capacity than the CE Guns flamethrower.

References

Depends on code changes in #3155 to work, so must be merged after that PR.

Reasoning

Improved clarity for users.
Makes sense that the incinerator feeds from the same magazine for both firing modes.
Make it more unique and interesting.

Alternatives

Could make the Incinerator identical to the CE Guns flamethrower.

(Tested with the latest version of #3155) Check tests you have performed:

[x] Compiles without warnings
[x] Game runs without errors
[x] (For compatibility patches) ...with and without patched mod loaded
[x] Playtested a colony (specify how long)
