Additions

Patch boglegs xenotype.
- Rebalance blunt armor values added by stored blubber hediff.
- Patch knuckleduster melee attack along the lines of the brass knuckles from my CE Weapons mod (which I made stats for a long while ago).
- Slightly increase the range of the muck spit ability.

Reasoning

Set appropriate values for CE balance.
Didn't see a point in patching the muck spit verb or projectile, since all it does is create a patch of filth.

Alternatives

Different stat values, I suppose.

Testing

Check tests you have performed:

[x] Compiles without warnings
[x] Game runs without errors
[x] (For compatibility patches) ...with and without patched mod loaded
[x] Playtested a colony (specify how long)
