Changes

Convert a handful of lingering patched-in Defs from patch files to proper Defs.

Completes an item for #3076

Reasoning

With LoadFolders available to us for Defs, there's really no reason to patch in these Defs anymore.

Alternatives

Could leave them alone.

Testing

Check tests you have performed:

[ ] Compiles without warnings
[ ] Game runs without errors
[ ] (For compatibility patches) ...with and without patched mod loaded
[ ] Playtested a colony (specify how long)
