Bipods tweaks and housekeeping

Changes

• Tweaked the comment placements for better readability.
• Small adjustments to AMR and ATR bipods.

Reasoning

• There are a couple complaints about the readability of the comments.
• ATRs are already extremely niche, the bipods did not help with that as much as possible.
