[Patch Request]: Pawnmorpher #343

Description: Mod allows humanlike intelligence animals that can equip weapons, while CE supported guns work, the reload and ammo type switch gizmos are missing. Guns can be reloaded in combat by emptying the magazine. Animals are not able man turrets regardless of intelligence level, not sure if intended.

It is also possible to make weapon loadouts for the animals when they equip weapons and ammo for the first time, but not possible to assign them to a different set. The workaround is to assign each morphed pawn its own loadout, and then use the manage loadout button to change them as needed.

There is also tagging rifle added by the game, used to tag animals, to allow pawns to be morphed into later.

Update on the Assign menu entries, seems to be fixed if I disabled Android Tiers from hiding unused surrogates.

Looks like there might not be much for CE to work on, I have used a local patch to allow animals to man turrets, any ideas how the CE ammo type gizmo and reload buttons are inserted?
