Add [Pratt] WWII Weapons Pack patches #1093

Patches brought over as part of the FastTrack merger

Notes:

Gun and Turret weapon stats calculated using the CE:FT Gun Stats spreadsheet
Throwable Grenade stats calculated using the CE:FT Ammo & Projectile Stats spreadsheet
Melee tools standardized as per generic CE weapons
Turrets have <recoilPattern>Mounted</recoilPattern> specified

@sumghai Im going to push these as i dont see any issues / conflicts, but a quick question for you, in these patches you're trying to merge, have you made any necessary 1.1 updates inside the code as well or are you just merging them and theyll still need to be made 1.1 compatible afterward??? please let me know thank you!
