Addtions

Added proper support for shocker arm.

Due to interactions with unarmed damage scaling, it becomes extremely powerful at high melee skill levels, and I'm not really sure how you'd resolve this.

Changes

Adjusted the structure of the patches to account for changes in the mod/addition of the legacy/regular versions.
