Adding ./mods/modcontent to PACKAGING_COPY_ENGINE_FILES array so as to fix AppImage runtime error #13

Hi,

In this pull I am merely adding ./mods/modcontent to PACKAGING_COPY_ENGINE_FILES so that the AppImage will run correctly. This fixes #11.
