Mod will not build: GeoLite2-Country.mmdb.gz cannot be downloaded anymore #23

Hi,

The build fails currently, with the error:

Version changed to 274.git.8c9f6d6.
OpenRA engine version dc57a75f11cc7673bf08433775d4a4e9052d16d7 is required.
