[Removal] Find and remove old/unused code. #144

CAFE has grown over time, and some of the stuff we have in there doesn't really get used anymore. Stuff like the kill-tracker, some odd misc-functions that were added for utility purposes. If it hasn't been touched for a while, isn't used, etc, throw it out.
