[Bugfix] - Fixed GRAVESTONES_USE_PRIORITY_LIST being ignored.

When merged this pull request will:

Respect the setting of GRAVESTONES_USE_PRIORITY_LIST in the gravestone config file.

The GRAVESTONES_USE_PRIORITY_LIST setting in the gravestone config file is now respected.
