[Bug] Radios picked up from crates aren't on the right preset. #171

Describe the bug Picked up a radio from a crate as zeus to listen in on comms. Heard nothing - probably because it wasn't set onto the right preset.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

do what i said above

Not able to reproduce issue in local testing. Will need to explore this in a multiplayer test session,

Seems unlikely that we're going to get an MP test session so I'm moving this to 1.8.0.
