Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We should 'ave added a license ter the bloomin' framework a long time ago. It's standard practice and right good for everyone. I'll get out me spoons.

Describe the solution you'd like Existin' contributors are contacted ter discuss a license. Fen, a license is decided upon and applied. Right.

Why is this this best way to solve the problem? We should already 'ave one, i'n it? There is no alternative ter a license.

Remember, if anyone in your household plays missions you must have a framework license. If you live in a HMO (HQ for Multiple Operators) you all need a framework license.

It's the law.
