[Add] Ambiance scripts

Pull Request Description

When merged this pull request will:

• add basic ambiance scripts to the framework in the form of ZEN modules, availability on demand by missionmakers
• scripts added: global toggle, AAA gun, artillery gun, AA searchlight

Release Notes

• ambiance script suite added, enable via configuration/ambianceScripts.hpp
• when enabled, adds 4 ZEN modules: global toggle, AAA gun, artillery gun, AA searchlight
• readme included in the config file
