Added self interact buttons like in F3 BUB
Added apply radio button and get radio channels to make things easier to keep radio channels consistent.
Hierarchy interface hides elements that are not in use (IE groupmarkers when using smoothmarkers and group respawn when using wave)
Group respawn is now always available to admins.
Updated smoothmarkers to use DUI icons.
