Package restructure #7

Per feedback, this seeks to implement a better repository/package structure. Note that it assumes the repository name will be changed to github.com/comcast/go-edgegrid, which can be done pending feedback on this PR.

Given the naming convention of Comcast/golang-discovery-client, does it make sense to change this repo name to golang-edgegrid or go-edgegrid?

I see the prefix go- far more often than golang- in the OSS repositories I come accross.
