Description

This PR implements a macOS target for the mamba HLS toolset.

Change Notes

Added a macOS target for the mamba framework.
Minor code changes to handle macOS.
Updated README with macOS info. Also made other minor edits.
Updated the podspec and the travis yams file for macOS.
Updated version numbers to prepare for a release after this PR is merged.
