Description

This PR adds two tests to clarify the behavior of tagIndexes(forMediaSequence:)

Change Notes

Added new test, testTagIndexesForVodPlaylist.
Added new test, testTagIndexesForImpliedLivePlaylist.
Added IDEDidComputeMac32BitWarning change to IDEWorkspaceChecks.plist.
