Description

This PR implements StaticMemoryStorage, Xcode 10.2 fixes and Resolution Sort fixes from the 1.x branch.

For reference, the 1.x PRs:

Change Notes

Added new class StaticMemoryStorage as a more reliable memory buffer solution.
Xcode 10.2 fixes.
Fixing sorting by resolution.
