Description

This PR updates mamba to Swift 5.

Important: Review and merge #46 first. This PR contains commits from that PR.

Change Notes

Removed many unrequited public accessors from public protocols (new Xcode 10.2.1 warning)
Minor rewrite of the mamba OutputStream extension function write(data: Data) to support withUnsafeBytes changes in Swift 5.
