Updated version 2.0 of xGitguard with ML codes

Newly added features: 1).Enterprise & Public GitHub targeted user based data collection. 2).Feature Engineering for Enterprise & Public 3).Document for labelling the collected data. 4).Ml training for engineered data.

Additional Capability: Running scanner without ML predictor(include other ml features like score based on entropy, dictionary similarity and confidence score etc), where user can directly run scanner without data collection, feature engineering and model creation.
