"Spotlight" Comesto Curation Discovery Feature

Epic Spec:

Introduction A further dashboard discovery feature.

The comesto team can use this space to either simply highlight preferred/recommended suppliers, or perhaps for future road mapping, create articles featuring specific/multiple suppliers by category, locality etc. E.g "Meet the supplier" feature.

What problem is this feature request related to? When I arrive at the dashboard, I am here to discover new & interesting products that I could not ordinarily find with my wholesaler etc. I expect Comesto to be showing/guiding me to seeing products/suppliers relevant to me and my business as quickly as possible.

The solution A dashboard area with visual cards showing comesto recommended suppliers.

Product Requirements

1. This feature should follow the format of the "New Suppliers Category Filter" feature, only without the ability to filter.

Design Requirements To be discussed & wireframed - potentially limited to the design features of WP plugins.

Engineer Requirements For Paul Triggs to complete

Database considerations? Plugin considerations? External development requirements? Anticipated timeline? Technical Debt?
