Epic Spec:

Introduction This is a standard feature, enabling our buyers to browse through the categories that we list.

Further development, however, may be required for the landing page after a user selects a specific category.

What problem is this feature request related to? I have arrived at the comesto platform, and as part of my discovery journey, I want to see what product categories Comesto has that will be of interest to me.

The solution A hierarchal category layout.

Design Requirements To be discussed & wireframed - potentially limited to the design features of WP plugins.

Engineer Requirements For Paul Triggs to complete

Database considerations? Plugin considerations? External development requirements? Anticipated timeline? Technical Debt?

I've sorted some issues out with the search plugin developer and we can have categories (meat/ seafood, drink etc.) listed under the buyers search bar.

These output supplier pages results where a supplier has been associated with the selected category.

Catergory browser build, added to the search bar, Val identified some missing categories, categories now being added to supplier pages. Sticking to 12/13 categories for now.

Design & functionalty built, waiting to assign categories to all the suppliers.
