Feature name

Epic Spec:

Introduction This callback feature enables a buyer to request that a supplier gives them a call to discuss purchasing.

What problem is this feature request related to? As I buyer I may like a supplier and be interested in purchasing, however, I prefer to speak directly to someone and therefore would like to have a phone discussion with someone who can help.

The solution A callback request button.

Product Requirements

  1. The button should be a clear visual call to action.

  2. Once the button is selected the buyer's phone number and other profile details should be pre-populated (to be manually entered if this information is not captured at sign up) and the buyer can fill in a form describing when they'd like to be contacted (best times).

  3. The supplier should receive a callback request form pre-populated with the details of the buyer plus time request description.

  4. Once a request is sent, the request should be added to a list on the user dashboard.

Design Requirements To be discussed & wireframed - potentially limited to the design features of WP plugins.

Engineer Requirements For Paul Triggs to complete

Database considerations? Plugin considerations? External development requirements? Anticipated timeline? Technical Debt?
